The following changes have been made to VEGA Conflict during tonight's downtime:
Rarity colour changes:
We are changing the way that ships rarity is displayed. Ships colour will no longer be indicative of how hard they are to obtain, instead they will be more closely aligned with how effective they are in combat.
E.g.
The Venom, Talon, Exodus and Broadsword have changed from white to green.
The Nighthawk, Revelation, Trident and Fury have now changed from white to blue.
The Condor, Apocrypha, Scythe and Dread are now Purple.
Dread build and repair time reduction:
The Dread has always been a beast to build. It was the first ship to be given away as an event prize, and was balanced before we really fell into our ideal power curve. We felt that its build and repair times should be adjusted accordingly.
Dread build time has been reduced from 16 days 23 hours 13 minutes 20s down to 10 Days.
Dread repair time has been reduced from 1 hour 20 minutes down to 1 hour 2 minutes.
Ability to launch and repair fleets when the fleet bay is damaged:
Even before the Reclamation event, we’ve been working to address the problem of not being able to play when your fleet bay is attacked, and you have equipped armour or squadrons to your base. Now, even if your fleet bay is damaged, you will be able to launch or repair fleets.
Bug fixes and tuning:
Fixed a bug where the Stasis debuff icon does not appear on Fury battleships
Fixed a bug which could, in some cases cause ships to become stuck in the repair queue.
Fixed a bug where the grouping controls would disappear from the controls tab if a player switched from RTS to FB controls.
Fixed a bug where switching from one shared replay to another caused players to be stuck in replay mode.
Fixed a bug where planet owner's names did not appear.
Fixed a bug which caused the planet in base and planet view to disappear if relocation was cancelled from Sector view.
Fixed a bug where players cannot access the Black Market from the context menu when their fleet is docked with Larus when not viewing the planet Larus is on.
